My pick for this sequence is a photo taken in Overland Park Kansas, that evokes feelings of calm and serenity for the viewer.  On a spring day, I went out and captured this picture on a stretch of sidewalk which follows alongside a nearby golf course.  This is an area that a lot of people seem to enjoy taking afternoon and evening walks.  In this picture, I caught a moment when the path ahead was quiet and empty.  The matting is composed of colors from the scene to help draw attention to the composition.
